"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"Tom was very responsive and a conscientious contractor. He came out to the house within a couple of days to make an estimate. He was exactly on time. He climbed up a ladder to examine issues he would encounter while making the estimate, and he was knowledgeable on gutters. He made another appointment for us to select colors and then arrived with array of colors from which to choose. It was 3-4 weeks before he got to doing the job, but he had said they would continue on with doing gutters up until the end of the year. It took a couple of days (cold ones at that) and I was not here when work was performed, but they did clean everything up in the end. The price was in the middle of the bids that we received. All in all they did a good job and they would get my recommendation.

"We reached out to Seamless Gutters with a request for them to provide an estimate for gutters. They were able to very quickly come to our property, measure, and provide an exact cost for the gutter material and installation cost. Working with them was a very easy process. When Bob, the owner, came out to measure. He provided the estimate as well as the background to the company. He shared warranty information and explained the process of hanging the gutters. They did not require anyone to be home for the install. I received a call from the operations manger stating they would be out in the next few days. The following day, when I arrived home from work, the gutters were installed! Due to the easy process, timely communication, and quick installation, I would recommend working with Seamless gutters!"

I had a complete gutter system quoted by three different Angie's List contractors.  I went with the lowest bid, based on Angie's List reviews.  Big mistake.  The company did MANY things poorly (used pieces of cut downspout as hangers instead of actual hangers, mis-matched corners on gutter that needed mitres, did not use "ledge jumpers" so downspout alignment was terrible, used silicone instead of correct sealants on all joints, used multiple pieces of downspout instead of one contuos piece to save money, The previous contactor quoted and installed larger downspouts, but only made small  dropout holes in the gutters, so flow was restricted to the smaller gutter anyway!)

I was not a gutter expert, but I know the previous job as bad.  I looked for a gutter "expert" to look at the botched job and hoped that they would be agreeable to "clean-up" someone elses poor workmanship.  I called Grand Gutter and explained the dilemma..  John came out the same day (within the hour), walked through the entire job while on the phone to me at work and told me exactly what the issues were, how he would fix it.  He is an expert and made me one in the process.  John and team did the "clean-up" from previous botched job perfectly.  He even offered to have the job paid for by CC, which was a first for me on a home repair.  John was awesome to deal with and very customer focused and an expert in gutters.  "When you want the job done right, call and Expert" - John's your man.

I met with the previous contractor of the "botched job" and explained my dissatisfaction with the workmanship and we agreed to a lower price that originally quoted to assist in paying the quoted price to "fix" by Grand Gutters.  The previous contractor was very professional and apologetic that the work did not meet my expectations.  I think they were very busy and using new crew/sub to get all the work done they had biz for at the time.

"They did a great job and have a great product. The true test for me was when I have two trees with helicopters. So the true test was to make sure that both helicopters would not get stock between the gutter. Their covers to the gutter are great. Both helicopters did not get stuck to the covers. Waited a long time to get someone to do the gutter and fina'ly found this company. It was really worth the wait. i would highly recommend them to everyone to do your gutters."

"They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything."
