He offered options on repairing it but based on the age and condition of the unit I decided to replace it . Brian offered a 40 gallon heater to replace the 30 gallon. Good choice! "Ken went to work quickly, replacing the meter box and stub cable, making the small modifications in the panel.  He re- fastened the loose wires,including the telephone and CATV wires and drop lines, making for a neat arrangement on the siding, and saving me from having to contact the phone company to have them come and make repairs.  While he was completing his work he contacted the power company to come and restore power to the house thereby minimizing my outage.  He also made arrangements  for the inspection required when such cables are replaced.
