"in addition to the angies list providers i also shopped others who were recommended.  the experience ranged form "now way id ever hire you" to "very possibly yes".  bill and another angies list company were at the top of the list. <br /> while the prices were close, bill's was a little higher.  i was getting a superior door opener and better spring system. <br /> bill always returned my calls and emails, even when i was in the shopping phase and doing close product comparisons. <br /> honestly i can't say enough good about him. <br />  when it came to installation he showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled start and ended within minutes of his estimated end time.  the site was left impeccably clean, old garage doors and all debris was removed.  bill took the time to explain how to do the advanced set up for the remotes so i can hook up my and my wife's cars. <br /> be it residential or commercial this guy is top shelf.  i do not believe you will go wrong hiring him and following his expert advise. <br /> <br />"

"Although the project turned out to be more complicated and took longer than expected, this had little to do with <br /> the builder or his sub-contractors. Primarily the delays were due to weather, financing issues, and poor <br /> communications on the part of the town's code enforcement officer. <br /> Let me address this last issue first. Unfortunately, a rupture occurred anyway. Fortunately, the contractor promptly <br /> installed a new water line, at no charge to us. <br />"
