"I knew owning a 111-year-old house would come with challenges and big projects, so I was not surprised when the inspector labeled the bowing and insufficient rafters in my attic as my new top priority. After way too many phone calls to businesses that didn't even listen to my description of the issue before telling me to just find a roofer, I finally found Arise Constructions. They were the only company who listened to my whole explanation of the issue instead of dismissing me in the first few seconds. The project felt organized from start to finish: I had a general timeline, frequent pictures, and near-daily conversations about progress and next steps. Between Victor, Pepe, and Todd, someone from Arise Constructions was here nearly every day work was being done to ensure everything was on-track and up to their companyâ s high standards. The few issues that arose were brought to me and dealt with immediately. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond in their own way, even helping me with a separate minor issue that happened to pop up while they were here.
