Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. He pointed out nails missing, boards sticking out, and there should have been a board across the bottom of the fence, which he would have someone higher up come by to take a look a. A week later, the president (Tom) of the company came out with his daughter, they took pictures, and agreed about the gaps between each slab, and said he would have someone else come out next week to take a look. 6/10/2024, a superintendent of the company came out with Tom, and the superintendent wanted to argue the fact that the reason the gaps are between the slabs is because they do shrink; however, when they put the fence up with gaps we were told that the wood would expand and close. "
