Initially called for dryer but after light conversation of his expertise not only did he repair Samsung Dry, Installed GE Stovetop, & GE Microwave. He was very detailed and by far one of the most honest appliance repairman I’ve ever experienced. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. "I would like to commend King Appliance for their professionalism. When our dishwasher stopped working I initially called them because we'd worked with them before, and the owner (or manager?) openly told me that they were fully booked up for the next two weeks and offered the names of some competing companies. I called those other companies and had to leave messages and I never heard back from them! After that I called King Appliance and let them know I'd wait as long as was necessary, because I'd rather have my stuff fixed by someone who cares about my business. <br /> The repairman arrived at his scheduled time of 8 AM on the dot, and was very friendly courteous and didn't seem bothered by our three small, rambunctious dogs. He got the work done in under an hour and now our dishwasher works perfectly. I am very happy with the service and would recommend King to anyone, even if you have to wait a few days. I have not had an appliance repair in a long time so not sure what things cost. Bill was about $235 including diagnosis, parts, labor and 10% discount. Fair I guess all things considered. "Carefully explains everything wrong and what needs to be done. Checks and rechecks. Doesn't fix anything that isn't broken. Found that our microwave was shorting the circuits and killing other appliances on the line. Suggested before he did anymore work that we replace the microwave. We did and have had no problems since. "They showed up as expected (unfortunately I was out of town and my wife was supervising the repair). We got a quote a few weeks earlier but that person has left Allgood. The original repair was 7 years ago and that vendor cut a 2 ft square hole to effect the repair. The all good vendor choose not to use the precut hole but to cut a new hole 1ft x 1ft roughly. The repair of the pipe was completed and for some reason the technician broke the cut dry wall into several smaller pieces and left them inside the newly cut hole. When I go back Sat I was expecting to see the cutout of the drywall to replace and mudd. I only discovered the smaller cut out when I called Allgood to find out why a hole was left in the wall. The asked my wife did the tech say anything about the drywall. No she says. I asked did they talk about a cut off for this pipe she says no again. After 3 calls the supervisor finally called me back. We discussed the matter and he acknowledged that the matter could have been handled better. And wanted to know what he could do to make things right. I don’t know how to fix the unfixable. He offered to send someone back out to put in a panel door and a cutoff switch at a new cost of course. I told him it would have been nice to have had that discussion while the job was in progress. Some do things to say they did something others do things to make sure they get something done. Very disappointed with Allgood."

"Great! The first shelf arrived looking as if a bicycle ran over it and the shelf was broken. I contacted Appliance Zone, they immediately replaced the shelf. The new shelf arrived quickly and I did not have to go through hoops to get it handled, it was wonderful. They even followed up to make sure it went well.
