I asked him if he was going to repair it and he stated they do not do patch work. If that is the case, they should hire a patch guy, that can repair and paint. "I thought that Scott and his team did a great job for me. I had a broken sewer line that was cut by the gas company when my house was first built. It took years for the line to become clogged by roots. They pushed through the clog with a lot of time and effort and verified the rest of the sewer line was fine with the camera. They arrived on time and updated me on the progress with pictures. Scott either answered his phone when I called or quickly responded to my voice mail within a few hours. It was a guy who the company sent out another plumber help the guy out who was doing the repairs just stud around watching and not assisting as he was told to do from me speaking to their boss James from Remdy Plumbing company. "Wow.......I am so impressed.....Last Saturday I waited all day for another  plumber that was scheduled who  called me 2 times always telling me he was on the way.........Ended up arriving 5 hours late with an attitude, saying his GPS was broken and I gave him wrong directions.............so did not allow him to enter the home.
I called Jim..........he set an appointment.....He gave me a rough estimate based on what I knew had to be done, although I totally understood that once he saw the repair, this could change if more extensive work needed..........And, he even showed up on time and called to confirm he was on the way.

The most impressive thing was   COMMUNICATIONS......I could talk to him and he totally understood what had to be done.......No language issues and misunderstanding.  And he actually did know how to follow directions..........
