"Prompt, curtious in responding to my phone call and coming out and checking the problem with my hot water and discussing options . I chose a tankless water heater and quoted me a good price and completed the work on time. He installed a top of line unit and checked it several times for leaks before leaving. His crew was very professional and curtious. I found a local plumber I will use again and recommend J &J plumbing Dale Dichsarry"

"My hot water heater went out Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The owner contacted me immediately after I messaged. And said he would come out Friday AM to give an estimate. He arrived on time and gave me a bid comparable with other non-emergency bids in our area. He installed the new water heater on Saturday mourning before 9AM and we had hot water by 10AM."
