"We had a great experience working with Top Bros construction and remodeling. They fully removed our tile and wood flooring and installed LVP that we had provided. They also installed new trim and baseboards throughout, which look great. They were timely and efficient. We are very happy with the outcome!"

"My basement turned out amazing! Full bathroom installed, including 3-person sauna. Electrical work, lightening, painting, drywall and matte finish black ceiling all turned out fantastic! Gordan’s crew were all terrific. Professional, hard working, and always cleaned up before leaving for the night. Highly recommend!"

"KSR has done 2 jobs at my home (a full bath remodel and a basement living room) both excellent work! Very easy to communicate with. Work was completed on the established timeline (even a little quicker than expected). Good attention to small details. Would definitely recommend to others."

"The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."

"We hired Rowe Builders to remodel our master bath. Several years ago, we had hired Ryan's company to remodel three other bathrooms in our house. Based on the quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all around ease of working with Ryan and his crew, we again enlisted his help. Once again Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. We had a couple of concerns with the shower tile (basically a poor design choice on our part) and asked Ryan if we could switch to a different tile. While only a small portion had been completed, Ryan was more than willing to start over. We have had no issues with this current project or with any of the other bathrooms they completed for us. I highly recommend Rowe Builders for your remodeling needs."

"Overall my experience was great. Castro prices was reasonable, Castro was able to work within my daily schedule. Castro was very professional. Castro finish product for my basement was OUTSTANDING!"

"We hired F.Z. to tile a basement bathroom and around 500 sq/feet of basement area. The quality is top notch. Fernando is very good at what he does. We hired him to complete a laundry room tile removal and re tile and an upstarts bath tile removal and re tile before he even finished the basement. We were that impressed. everything looks amazing. I recommend F.Z. Tile to anyone that is thinking about a tile project."

"We hired Tim to remodel our 50+ year kitchen. He brought the kitchen to code first and then did an amazing job with every detail of the remodel. My husband and I could not be happier and highly recommend Creative Building Solutions. Additionally, he communicates in a timely manner and keeps to his budget. Thank you Tim."

"I got my kitchen/bathroom done by budget construction I am absolutely in love with the work. The workers were on time everyday. The team was great. And the prices were the best out of my 3 estimates."

"Present himself with the name West. West came into the house handed right away the magnetic flyer. we introduce ourselves Minerva & Andrew Lorenzen. We showed him what we wanted down in the basement, talked about the electrical project then me and my husband when back up to living room. A few minutes later he comes up and talked way to much about it. he started talking about price about $15,000. We tool him that does not meet our budget so he says I will talk off $1000 so final amount will $14,000. He says how much can you give; it should be half of the project amount. We felt that we were pressured into making a decision. We told him we didn't have much at hand at the moment. We give you $500 dollar to hold the project. We told we just opened a new bank account and that we didn't have any checks available. He says to Zelle him $500.00 to process payment thru with real name given & personal phone number. We mention in the beginning that we in the processes of refinancing. He says coming over Wednesday. While me & my husband analyze what we want to do, we decided to wait until our refinancing is done. I contacted him 3 to 4 days to let him know that what decision regarding project he very upset about it, and I say I am requesting to refund the 500 dollars he says I have 2 kids. I have nothing to do with it. He said he was not able to return our money I told you scam. I say I used Angi before, but I didn't have a problem. I am requesting to solve this issue and get my money back."
