"The team at Quintessential Renovations Inc. did a fantastic job replacing the cabinets in my kitchen! I could not be happier! Highly recommend them! They had the best customer service, all of their workers were friendly, clean, on time, and highly respectful. They did all of the correct prep work on the job and they really respected my home and belongings. They used great drop cloths and covered everything! They did almost all of the work in just two days and the entire project was completed in less than a week. Their estimate was right on the money and they worked so hard to keep things right where I needed them to be financially. They came up with creative solutions to my storage needs, designed some cool new corner cabinets, and gave me the greatest deal on the top of the line countertops that I just rave about! Everyone who came into my house was well spoken, super polite, and efficient and knowledgeable. Huge shout out to Nick Lyons and his whole team at Lyons Cabinetry Solutions and to Alex Jensen, the wonderful General Contractor who helped modernize my kitchen. Everything about dealing with them was a pleasure. Their communication was top notch."

"I hired Platinum Touch Industries LLC in the summer of 2018 for my first Fix and Flip remodel project and was impressed with their work. Vince and his team did a fantastic job from demo to cleanup to the finish touches per schedule. Vince was honest at front and very professional. Based on the Scope of Work I presented to him, we were all in the same page. Once milestones were completed within the Project Timeline, payment was made to him in a timely manner. Platinum is honest, reliable, and work ethic is impeccable. I was impressed with their work and demeanor, I hired them again the winter of 2018 for a minor remodel on one of my rental properties and in the Spring/Summer of 2019 for a Major Rehab on a Fix and Flip project in the Lombard area. Last winter we had our bathroom remodeled to more appropriately accommodate me in my recovery process and moving forward from several strokes. We had a rep come out to give us a quote based on what we wanted/would need and after some convincing and offering of discounts, we settled on a price and worked out a loan agreement to get it done. The project was to turn our bathtub in our main bathroom into a standing shower with a grab bar to allow for ease of entry and exit for myself, plus a wider vanity to allow for both myself and my wife to use the sink at the same time. We also opted to replace the flooring, which was tile, to a vinyl that became less cool and easy to walk on. We picked out the design and style with the rep who's name I don't remember, and set a date for everything to be done. The first issue after the fact that we noticed, was that the wrong vanity had been installed. When this issue was raised, the solution was to reimburse us for part of the installation because that seemed easier at the time. Fine. Everything else seemed to be ok, so we let it go and moved on. Fast forward to today, we had a drainage issue with that shower stall and called a plumber to address the issue. In the process of doing that, he discovered that the pipe for the shower drain, which had been moved from its original placement on the initial install, had not only been installed incorrectly, but had been sealed improperly and now that the seal has begun to erode away is causing a small (for now) leak. We now have a quote for an exploration into the problem where the other company will have to open up part of the celling in the basement in order to assess the issue and determine a correct fix. That this problem exists in the first place is unacceptable and we are frankly livid with the matter."

"Wonderful!!! Love my bathroom remodel thanks to David and Robert. We needed to reschedule for many months due to my father being ill. They were so kind and thoughtful about it. Most contractors would have taken your deposit and never contacted you again. Not them. We completed the project and I am so so happy. They were punctual and tidy, cleaning up every day inside my unit and in the common area of my floor hallway. Talented contractors and even better humans! Thank you both!"

Any time we had any questions or concerns, Ibro would call almost immediately. He showed up on time every day we expected and was always very neat & tidy with his work space. Our project costed about what we expected, and he does beautiful work! He renovated our primary bathroom and closet, and it’s everything we hoped it would be and more! He is very skilled and takes his time to make sure everything looks perfect. We are super impressed with his work and will definitely be using his services again for any future projects."
