"My computer was so slowwwww.  It seemed like there was plenty of space on the hard drive and there were no junk files, but everything from booting up to doing anything took forever.  I thought that I would have to spend big bucks and get a whole new PC.  I called Computer Gallery for advice and spoke with Phil, who had built this computer a few years ago.  He looked up the build info and was sure that what I really needed was a new solid state hard drive.  He told me that the prices of the drive have come down recently and he guaranteed that this would fix my problems.  If it did not, he would build a new PC and use that drive in it.  I dropped off the PC and 2 days later I got a call from Karen to come pick it up.  She said it was FAST and I would be happy with it.  Got it home and WOW what a difference!   It booted up so fast and never hesitates or stutters like it used to.  I am so happy!  I only had to spend just short of $300 to have what seems like a brand new PC.  Plus I didn't have to change my operating system or other programs.  I can't say enough about the great work and advice that Computer Gallery has given me over the years!  Phil & Karen really know their stuff! "
