"I question whether he has insurance. When I asked him about it he said he did, but the day he did the work, he could only show a 1-day insurance policy for that day. It made me a little nervous in case there were issues with the work in the days that followed. None occured.

The "5-7" actually meant the window of time in which he would arrive. It ended becoming a rather late night as he arrived at the very end of the time window. "Brad was on time, professional and informative with regard to our air conditioner problem. He did a chemical wash on the outside coils on our aging unit. He provided us with two free filters to replace the more expensive one which was cutting the air flow. He reduced the cost of the service since we had alreadly been "taken for a ride" by another local business we called for an after hours service when the AC stopped working. We will use this contractor to install a new furnace and air conditioner in the future."
