"I was unable to open my garage door last May, so I called to request to have someone come to repair it. I spoke with Lois who informed me that I may pay a higher fee for their service than other companies in the Fox Valley, which struck me as a bit odd to start the conversation in that manner, but I agreed because I was desperate to gain access to items in my garage. Someone did come promptly to my home and was immediately able to open the door. One of the springs had snapped and needed to be replaced and he also recommended installing safety cables. (It is a one car garage built in the 1930's with a manual garage door.) The garage door does not stay opened without propping it up with something since the door was repaired. I am disappointed to have spent $265 for approximately an hour of time to have a whole new problem created. I did appreciate how quickly someone was able to come to my home to open my garage, but certainly am unable to give a better review for the overall experience."

(They are listed in our Angie's magazine - which we always use). They came promptly, inspected the door, then went over what would be done and the costs  involved. They recommended a couple of options which were quite reasonable, did the work promptly... very professional.... showeed us the parts that had to be replaced and gave us a wlak through on maintanence with recommendations of frequency: that was vey helpful aas now we know how to maintain the doors.  <br /> We were very pleased with the work and the information provided. This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"
