"This company is very responsive and customer-oriented! I had a problem with my garage door after sweeping out the garage. I must have mis-aligned the electronic eyes during my sweeping process. I called Overhead Door (a company that I found on Angie's List), and described my problem. The dispatcher said a technician would come at the end of the day. I was fine with that. However, an hour later, I got a call from one of the men in the office, who said it seemed like a simple problem, and did I want him to stop by in a few minutes to look at it. I said yes, and about 15 minutes later, he showed up. He said the technicians were very busy, and he thought he could fix my problem, so he wanted to try and save one of the technicians a trip out. He was able to fix the door, and then he proceeded to lubricate all the wheels and springs. When he was done, I asked whether he would bill me or did he want payment right then. He said, "Oh, no payment. This was a simple job." When I tried to give him $20 for his trouble, he wouldn't even take that! I promised him I would call if I ever had a big job to do, like replacing the door or opener."

"Our garage door spring and cables broke. We called O'Brien Garage doors and they had someone out to see us within a few hours. We used them in the past (2014) and their technician Ramon did an excellent job. We had a different technician named Thomas this time. He was very friendly, helpful, and kept us informed on what all needed to be done to correct the issue. New spring, attached cables, and installed some silicone rollers (It makes the door so much quieter) and he was in and out in 45 minutes. The price was great also!!
