"Professional and efficient. Helped us understand the costs and benefits around a metal roof. Great customer service and support."

"Roger showed up when he said he would, and gave me the week before windows would be ready, to confirm a general install date. Called again 3-4 days before to insure we would be ready and available. Showed up when he said he would be here to install, and finished them quicker than expected. Would use again! Cost includes the 5 replacement windows"

"Entire process exceeded my expectations from the initial contact I had with Alliance to the completion of the project. The proposal I received from Keith provided the level of detail I was looking for and he did a great job in going over the siding products Alliance offered to detailing all the necessary steps in the process. The installation process went very smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The crew led by Serg were extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused. I could not be happier with the work they did and Serg kept me updated on how the project was progressing and was quick to reach out to me with any questions he had on the proposed installation approach. Therefore, I would recommend Alliance for any home improvement needs that you may need addressed. Lastly, I was so satisfied with the siding installation Alliance did I am now having them replace the two entry doors to my garage. Thank you again Sergiy, Keith, Serg and the rest of the installation crew. CFP Sr."

"Britt was quick to get back to get back to me to set up an appt to meet; he came on time on the date agreed upon. He was very thorough In relaying the details, options, and prices. He was very knowledgeable on the services provided. His guys showed up at the time and date specified. They did the job as specified and picked up after themselves. Britt was on site the day of the roof replacement to check on things. I highly recommend this company."

"Peter Mountzoures of all trades I really like utilizing the service of Peter because he is one of the few contractors that I felt confident in performing the work on my late parents’ home without me following up right away. In addition, Peter replaced two windows that were on the second floor with ease, razed an old building, replaced the roof on the main dwelling, and plowed my late parent’s driveway when I requested. Peter is trustworthy and very professional. I highly recommend employing Peter’s services."

"I hired Sammy to do several projects in a rental property, including replacing the roof, repairing the chimneys, installing gutters, painting the deck and the porch of the property and a couple of smaller other jobs. He was extremely professional and easy to deal with. He showed up on schedule with a large crew and got the job done very fast. Overall he was a pleasure to work with."

"I am so pleased that David was willing to come to my house and provide not only an estimate, but advice on how to professionally repair each of three different kinds of drywall crack problems.  I offered to pay for his time and advice, but all he asked for was a glowing review - Here it is.

"They replaced a roof and relplaced siding on one wall, also replaced exterior doors."

"Paul Lechiara, the owner, is the best communicator of any contractor I have ever had. He answers his phone and email pleasantly and promptly at any time of day or early evening. He replies however you want: phone call, text, or email. He is clear and informative. He is reasonable and works incredibly hard to be sure you understand what you are getting and what you need to do. Then he and his wonder crew show up with your beautiful new roofing materials and get to work. They are fast and careful. Very respectful of neighbors, fences, garden plants and fancy gutters (I have ordinary gutters but fancy gutter caps, they took good care of them). They are hardworking and clean. My installers were Boris and Sergei. Two very nice guys and super hard working. They did a great job and left the place spotless. The new roof exceeds expectations. It is uncommonly handsome and improves the overall appearance of my house by quite a bit. I am delighted by the idea of a roof that will outlast me, and will support my solar array for the next 25 or so years (at which time solar technology should be way ahead of where we are now) without any issues. Tips: Do your research first. East Coast Metal Roofing have a great reputation. .I decided to get my chimney repointed and other necessary work done (replace deteriorated shingles along roofline, etc.) first, so no one will be hauling bricks or stone on my new metal roof later on. East Coast Metal Roofing will properly flash and seal around your chimney, vent pipes/hoods, and any other areas. I am glad I got the snow guards, especially around walkways and driveways. As a final bonus, Paul will register your warranty. If you get solar panels at the same time as your metal roof, and your roof had to be replaced to do so (solar company usually determines this), you can get a big tax deduction for the part of the roof covered by solar panels. This is worth several thousand dollars off the total price of the job. All in all, Paul and his crew are pure professionals and so nice to work with, and their work is outstanding."
