"We had a 500 square-foot plus sunroom built and it is beautiful"

"Are you kidding me!!? Customer service and expertise don't get any better than Titan Sunrooms! From the first phone call, to special ordering the doors we wanted, to the last inch of caulk, these folks were superb! Waited six weeks for them to get to my house but that was just because I was waiting in line for them to get through all their other jobs. It was worth the wait. From the first day to the last they were always punctual and worked throughout the day. They tore down the old screening, roof panels and supports and hauled it all away. Then made small adjustments to the patio and began the new screening and supports, working diligently all the while. The crew were all very knowledgeable in their jobs, all were very courteous and enthusiastic. It was plain and simple that all of them enjoyed their work and were focused on doing the very best job they could produce. They were all about customer service and doing it right the first time. In two and a half days from start to finish they were done with a brand new structure over my back porch. A more durable, better looking, and stronger structure I might add. Before you scoff at the price know one thing, you can walk on the roof of this patio cover! That's how strong this structure and its material are. I could go on and on about this company, better materials, expert assemblers, attention to detail, customer service above and beyond, etc. It was just a great professional experience and their product is second to none. "Very professional and very nice. Fixed pool problems quickly, (pool did not hold water) and for a reasonable price. problems included skimmer, leaking plumbing lines from pump, and building new platform so pump sits level now."

"Dervin was great. He came out when I wanted him there. My schedule was conflicting with his, but he immediately accomodated me. I originally wanted a quote for the interior paint job, but after talking with Dervin for about 15 minutes, it was apparent that he was extremely knowledgable about almost every aspect of homebuilding, remodeling, painting, etc. He was also honest about what he couldn't do. So I also had him remodel the master bathroom shower. I gave him some free reign in the design of the remodel. I picked out the tile and he completed a beautiful remodel with varying patterns of tile and the building of an additional wall. He also included the demolition of the old shower into the remodel quote.
A quote was emailed to me by the end of the day, and the prices were extremely reasonable. I met him at the house the next day and gave him a key as the house was vacant. When I dropped by the next day to replace a fixture (this is a rental property), the crew was already there, working diligently.
He promised the job would be completed by the 13th. He was basically done on the 11th. First time ever for me that a contractor has completed work before the alotted time!
When I showed up to pay him the remaining balance, I was surprised to find him touch-up painting window sills and baseboards even though we agreed that they weren't part of the contract! This guy goes above and beyond the call !!"

"Dan came over for an estimate within a day of my initial request.  The
job itself was complete within 10 days or so, and probably could have
been done faster if the weather had cooperated better. Overall, they did
an excellent job.  Thinking of using them for my next job.
