They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

The installers were all wonderful. They went over everything with me as to what they were going to do, then when they were done, they explained how to properly care for the windows.
