He was more than willing to help. They look great and I'm so thankful for the tips and extra set of hands with putting them up!"

"Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish."

"The whole thing went as well as can be expected.  The employees at their showroom, as well as the crew they sent to install the windows, were very polite, curteous, knowledgeable, and professional.  They said it would take a day or two to complete the job.  A crew of 2 men completed the work in 5 hours.  Although it was the end of January, there was absolutely no heat loss in our home during the installation.  The installers were very neat and cleaned up in and outside of the house.  Job well done.  The price was competitive, and the windows are rated very well everywhere I looked. <br />"

"I hired Ridge Top to repair/install siding after removing a deck. The company called back (which many didn&#39;t bother to do) and had someone come estimate the work very quickly. The day of the fix the installer double checked the work we wanted to have done. Based on his experience we may slight adjustment to put a board rather siding below the patio adjustment. He was awesome. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and will utilize Ridge Top in the future. Great company."

Gave an honest assessment of our house and what repairs were needed. The repairs were minor, and we did not need Guardian to do the repairs. That would have been overkill to use them when a handyman could get the job done for much less money. I would recommend them highly."
