In all cases the people Hope Plumbing not only did great work, but also did a great job of explaining what they were doing. Because we knew there were sewer line issues, our expectation was that they would have to dig up either our basement, or our front yard. They found a solution which did not require either and was less expensive, by rerouting the line through the crawl space. The plumbing changes worked and they ran the lines high and tight to the ceiling, so it did not block access to the crawl space. Very good overall experience."

The toilet they installed runs after flushing. Have to constantly wiggle the handle after flushes."

"I have nothing but accolades for Fritz and his company for the services they performed for me.  I researched for awhile on floor coatings for my garage and contacted several companies before finally deciding on Fritz based on my conversation with him and other positive reviews on Angie's List.  My only concern was that we were moving into a new house and had a limited time to get this whole job done before the moving truck came, but Fritz was able to accommodate my tight time requirement and schedule.
To start off, not only did Fritz drive an hour to meet with me to discuss his services and show me floor samples, but when I couldn't decide on which of the combinations I liked enough and talked to him with what I was looking for, he offered to make me a custom sample based on the color and chip color/broadcast I wanted.  He did this and then mailed it to me where I received it in a few days.  Once we agreed on everything, his employees came and were very professional and thorough, explaining what they were doing and giving clear instructions and guidance on how long everything would take as they were applying the coating(s).
By the time Fritz came to put the final topcoat sealant and touches on the garage floor the following day, I was already convinced I had made the right choice.  He collected payment after the job was done and provided the warranty to back up his work.
I would not only highly recommend Innovative Garages for this service if you are looking at coating your garage floor, but I would definitely use them again myself.  Price was more than fair and competitive, right in the middle of most of the quotes I received.  You get what you pay for, but in this case I felt like I actually got a little bit more.
