They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I contacted Hawk Tile after reading good reviews on Angie's List. I knew that I wanted a tile backsplash, but I didn't know much about what materials I needed or how much of them. Tena was very helpful in setting up a time to come do an estimate in person, and was able to give me some suggestions on tile selection, color, and material. The estimate was very reasonable, so I hired them! After I selected my tile, they picked up all of the necessary tile and other materials needed for the job, which was a huge help to me. Tony and his son arrived right on time and were very respectful of my home and my schedule. They made some suggestions for improvements, which turned out to be fantastic! The workmanship is outstanding, and they are very neat...cleaning up after themselves after each day's work. What I especially liked was that Tony and Tena did not hesitate to answer questions, provide suggestions, and give input based on their years of tile experience. But I always felt that they supported whatever my choices were. I also appreciate that their estimate was very detailed, so I always knew exactly what I was paying for and never felt like any of the charges were at all out of line. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

"I talked with Greg Garrison, one of the owners, over the phone about the type of tile I liked, and he brought out a few boards (since I do not live close to Avon). I absolutely loved one of the tile selections for the floor! He had really tracked exactly what I was looking for. I bought the shower tile from another vendor because I had already chosen these. Greg promptly gave me a quote for the floor tile, and for the installation of the floor and shower tile. I made the downpayment. His company began the work on the exact date they said they would. He came out periodically to check on the work, and talk with me to see how things were going. He gave me pointers on grout selection and sealers. The installer was a true artisan. My shower and floor are gorgeous! Greg is a very nice person, is primarily concerned with the customer being satisfied, sells quality products, and hires professional installers. There were many times I was not at home when they were working, and I felt comfortable. This is not normal for me. Ours was not an easy installation. As often happens, there were some unforeseen contingencies. Nevertheless, he stuck with his original estimate, was courteous, and apologetic for any delays or inconveniences, even if they were not his fault. I give this company my highest recommendation."

"This was the final step toward our completing the remodeling of our master bathroom and we wanted to find someone who could match what we had already completed (flooring and shower) and do excellent work. We are more than satisfied with the work done by Louis Enterprises. Our contact was Jerry Ward. He was very attentive to what we were trying to accomplish and everything actually turned out BETTER than we had even planned. All the work was completed on time and Mr. Ward was very attentive to detail; he even followed up later to make sure we were still satisfied. His workmanship is INCREDIBLE!!! "Got on Angi's: Wanted Glass Shower Door Unit installed on Tub. 20 minutes after submitted for help - Matt texted and ask when good time to stop by. I Said in morning, anytime after 9 am. I called Matt next morning, about 9 am - we talked and Matt said could be over in 15-20 minutes (and he was). Matt noticed: Tub had lean. Long story short: More we tore into things, the worse it got !! With Matt's advice (and his co-worker Brad) - ended up: removed Cast Iron Tub, reinforced sidewall studs & base plate, reinsulated, replaced subfloor & interior walls around tub. THEN: Installed new tub & surround. Of course, existing water lines had to be relocated !! Numerous small hurdles came up (during all this). Been hard not to lose patience. Matt & Brad never got upset, were never negative. They'd figure situations out, share info with me & share what they planned to do - to fix it. Not once, did Matt or Brad not include me, regarding any significant repair needing done. Not once, did Matt or Brad complain. After new shower & tub installed - they were finally able to install Glass Shower Door Unit !! Did a wonderful job !! Brad even reinstalled Laminate Flooring that had to be torn up (when replaced subflooring). Matt's work was detailed & proper. He not a "Corner Cutter" - yet, he knows how to do things (that save you money). Matt talked with me about work to be done: before, during & after. We also talked about money: before, during & after. There were no suprises. Matt and Brad are true to their word. Bottom Line: If need help on project in future: Matt will be my 1st call. And I hope Brad still working with him. Good Team !!"
