"A kitchen remodel is a major over-haul project.  Gutting the original tile floor prior to replace it with new tile is a long process.  Brewer did their best to maintain a schedule that got us through this inconvenience as effortlessly as possible.  They were very concientious about taping off the areas not being reomodeled to eliminate as much construction dirt as possible.  They were careful not to damage other parts of the kitchen.  The installation went well and the installer did an excellent job and made our new floor look fantastic.  The same person installed the backsplash and it turned out great too.  I have used Brewer previously for a carpet installation, so that is why I called them back for this job.  Once again, I was very pleased with the end results and I would call them back whenever we have additional flooring needs."

After talking to several smaller contractors, they suggested that mold remediation could be done in a less costly way. "Jose did a great job on our flooring installation. We have a new construction that had carpet in the living room, and we wanted vinyl flooring instead. Jose removed the 3-year-old carpet and installed the vinyl flooring. He did a great job! We plan to use him again in the near future to do the same to our den once we receive the flooring shipment!"

Steve's estimate was very reasonable and upon approval, he showed up the next day and completed the work - even filling in the holes on the roof where the screws had been placed to keep these items in place."

"Overall, they did a good job and were here when promised.  They completed the work quicky. I asked for leaf-less gutters and they provided gutters that were all one piece.  Insurance was involved with paying for the service.  Clean-up could have been a little better as I am still finding nails.  My daughter had to have a patch on her tire just yesterday due to one of the nails."
