"The 2 young gentlemen were so nice and polite. They worked quickly and did not recommend any unnecessary parts or labor. I will call on them again when needed."

"Personable, professional, timely, project focused. Impressed with company from first on site visit for estimate, quality of materials offered, and fair pricing to completion of build. Workers cleaned up and secured site at completion of each work day. When it was necessary I was brought up to date when plans skewed from original and given options to pursue. I was told when project would start and approximation of completion date. It was one day off due to weather!"

"They replaced my back deck, before it was very unstable. Now it looks great & we don't have any issues. Thank you!!"

"I've been more impressed and I like the design of the bathroom. The price that they quoted was okay and competitive and I like to see something more substantial than just a tower placed on top of it.

"The "Carpenter" kept me appraised every step of the way with suggested changes, cost of supplies, progress & credits. Very professional. The finished product was everything I wanted the project to be."

"I contacted Quality Home Improvements about a number of renovation projects I wanted to complete, but I had several ideas in mind. Brad was very helpful when making decisions on things that were on my dream list, while also keeping my budget in mind. There were a few things that I knew before hand that I wanted for sure, one being certain lighting, but Brad had better options available for me than I even knew about. His experience helped a lot because I wasn't aware of all of the details that go into renovating a home. He had suggestions on everything and even talked me out of things that I thought would work good in my home, but he knew it wasn't the right fit for what I was wanting. It was helpful that he has worked with a number of different products so he could tell me the pros and cons to different things. I was also impressed that when Brad told me he was going to do something or be somewhere, he was always there. Every day he said he was going to be working on my house, he was there. It was helpful in keeping the renovating process stress free because I felt that things were moving along in the process, instead of feeling like things were at a standstill. I have no complaints about this process with Quality Home Improvements. It actually went a lot smoother than I ever anticipated and I think that was due to having a contractor who was well experienced. His work is VERY TEDIOUS and there is nothing that I saw that I wished had been done better. My house was always left in the condition that I left it or better, and remnants from working were always picked up. If I ever need any other remodel work done, I know who I will contact."

"Good. They did a really good job. They were there everyday when they said they will gonna be, any issues I had they were able to take care, and they cleaned up after themselves very well."

"It went very well and he did everything I asked."

"Total Construction was a company used by the First Choice Program. When filing my claim with my insurance company, that was one of recommended companies that First Choice uses. Through the First Choice Program, I have extra warranties."

"It was an excellent work and very good customer service. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend them."
