However, I was charged four hours, and I noticed that the time did not equal 4 hours after I saw Nathan take an hour's lunch, which I believe was added to the service hours. Additionally, I noticed after he left that he left the panel off of the circuit breaker, leaving it for me to re-install."

If there's an adjustment to be made, he will make it right. He's more than happy to come back out at no additional cost .Nice that no additional call, and adjust things as needed.
