"It went amazing. Peter is a very professional, and personable. Not to mention hard working. He does exactly what you want, and listens to what you want. He will give his professional opinion to make sure that's what you want, for example, I wanted no slits between boards on my fence. I wanted complete privacy. Peter reminded of the winds, and that the wind needs some place to go or it will damage your fence. His insight made me realize that what I wanted, might not be the safest, long lasting solution, and if a big weather event happened, I may just lose my fence. I value his expertise. "I was looking to replace my original deck. I contacted approx 5 different companies and decided to go with Deckscapes. Just so happened that I scheduled my free estimate on one of the coldest days of winter. Chip came out and discussed my project. Never once did he complain about the freezing cold and never called to cancel the appointment. He explained how the new deck would be built and showed me option available to me.

Our project involved Trex redecking, building a new fence, redoing the front porch/steps and some smaller wood-related projects. Total cost approx. $17.5K; reasonable. Project took 9 days. Craftsmanship of the work was excellent. Ben, the owner is very friendly, helpful, responsive and easy to work with. His staff is also friendly, courteous and respectful.
