"Well, a couple of things that would have swayed me to another contractor... I specifically asked "do you use a brush or spray on the paint" "We use brushes". Guess what. They sprayed the paint on.
Specifically asked to take extreme care around the rose garden. Guess what. Pulled in the driveway and witnessed crew member whacking the roses carelessly with the ladder. Several canes broken.
The house does look nice though. Trim and gutters are like new again.
