"Worst experience. Sadaat never completed the replacement of the tile up to standard as promised in 2019. Replaced tiles and left holes all around bathroom walls and ceilings, yet reported me to Court to get full payment. Tiles replaced in 2019 are coming off the shower area, and now I need to hire a professional contractor to redo the whole bathroom. I rest my Case with God to be the Judge as I can no longer afford to keep up with the Court hearings unfortunately due to frequent traveling out of state. Working with Sadaat was not worth it, and. I regret doing so. Lesson learned: Make sure you always request a contractual document specifying tasks to be completed and a payment plan with any Contractor here on Home Advisor before you give any Contractor access to your property to do any work for you."

"Taha, the estimator and manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He saw things that I missed and explained what needed to be done clearly. The work crew was extremely efficient and did a terrific job. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new! I highly recommend this contractor for quality and value. "
