Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. We will work with them on any other project we might do on our home, and I would recommend Grandview Construction without any reservation to anyone who is looking for a dependable and honest general contractor to work on their house."

He was ALWAYS responsive to our inquiries, ideas, concerns, etc. Equally important, the crews who spent so much time in our home during the kitchen renovation were pleasant, kind, and generally arrived on time. They took any questions that we might arise to Christopher, receiving answers in a timely manner. During a reno that is important, since they are present for hours every day. Our expected timeline for the renovation was well met and we were always comfortable - as much as possible during a kitchen remodel! - feeling heard and respected. No question was too dumb or redundant and we really appreciated that. As a result we have a beautiful custom kitchen, with cabinets handcrafted by Christopher and I think everyone associated should be proud of their hard work. We can't wait to show it off!"

Not only were they were professional, knowledgeable and experienced, they were true craftsman - a rare find these days. "I would give zero stars but it makes you at least give one star. Do not use them they will take forever to finish the job. I believe they are running a Ponzi scheme of a company, or at least that is what it appears to be with the amount of work they are getting done around here. It seems like they used our money to get their bigger clients' jobs done and not our job. The amount of work they have finish in the past five months could have been done in 4 or 5 weeks. There have not shown up to work for multiple weeks, and when the do show up it is one or two days and they only get one thing done. Don't fall for the "you need to pay us money at different phases" and then they don't show up. They claim this doesn't usually happen but they are NOT doing anything to get things done any faster. They continue to tell us someone is coming to do such and such work and NOBODY shows up. "
