"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

"They did a great job - I love my new window"

"While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."

"A great crew installed my windows and back door."

"Hired Hanson's to install new windows on my enclosed front porches. Work won't be complete until after the windows are made in about 6 to 12 weeks. Sales rep. Was very kind and very knowledgeable."

"Had a great experience with Your Home Improvement Company had downstairs bathroom and downstairs windows replaced, our rep Andrew was great to work with from start to finish would highly recommend"

"Everything was done professionally and they worked with us by communicating and pointing out issues as they came about. We will definitely use them again on our next round of repairs . Very reasonably priced. Did a lot of small jobs for us but everything turned out just great!"

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I took multiple bids on my basement project across basement companies in Columbus. Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."

Toledo Basement Repair is proud to be a locally owned and operated business that has been serving the community since 1999. As long as there have been basements, there's been basement water problems. Water will find it's way into any basement through cracks in the walls or flooring, through wall and flooring joints, through open vents and through ill-fitting doors and windows. Concrete is a porous material and water will seep through it as water vapor, making basements and crawl spaces a constant source of humidity and dampness.\nChronic basement leakage can be a serious problem that can destroy furnishings and appliances, decrease property value, and can cause Black Mold that can have devastating effects on your family's health.\n\nDoes your basement have leaks when it rains?
