I entered the information of what I was looking for and I got a quote right away from the owner and a phone call to answer any further questions I may have had. Pricing was almost 1/2 of the quote we were given through another company. Videos are available that describe the different windows they offer. With being busy, this made the process of purchasing these windows so easy and we didn't have to meet with someone 2 or 3 times before purchasing. They owner is always available to answer any questions via email or phone. No payment is required until AFTER the work was done. Once we secured signed the contract for the quote, our windows were ordered and installed within about 4 to 6 weeks. We couldn't be more pleased!!! Definitely consider this company for your next window purchase!"

He was very responsive to my questions and family's needs. There was no pressure to buy or add equipment I did not want or need. My new system was installed two days later. Larry the technical adviser was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed my system with no problems. He took the time to give us a lesson on how to use the app and new system. "We are pleased with the products we received BUT the road from start to finish was long and frustrating. Signed contract 6/11/17, installation was 8/14/17 no biggie except we were told 30 days not 60 and we had to make few calls to press for the date we got. The installer cracked a window during installation. Again no biggie,sh*t happens. The "rush" on the replacement window took several follow up calls to get an another installation date of 9/29/17. My husband takes off, two guys show up without the window and said they thought they were doing a service call. My less then professional conversation with John the manager led to another appointment for the next day. The guy shows up, replaces the window but doesn't have the "j" channel to complete the job. Two days later I get a call to reschedule yet another appointment 2 weeks out and that I had to be home. The rep had no idea the last piece of the work only required outside access and even when I explained he still insisted I needed to be home. One last conversation with the acting manager (I was told John was on vacation) and we were scheduled for the following week which was 10/9/17. The job was completed that day and I was left with pieces of "j" channel in the flower bed. The other criticism would be the length of time spent on hold with customer service; with all the calls I had to make I was NEVER able to complete an entire call on my 15 min. break."
