"Rene is incredibly nice, a great communicator. He always let us know when he was coming. We had tiles that had come off of our shower wall and didn't know what to do. We had Rene out to look and see if he could salvage the shower. He and his crew did an AMAZING job removing the surrounding tiles, even went above and beyond what we asked and smoothed out tiles that were previously out of place. He also regrouted the whole shower. They also kept a very clean area, which I appreciated. What was a tired looking shower, he made look fresh and new.
