"Trent was kind, professional, HONEST and respectful. I reached out and he messaged within the hour. After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. I mentioned a 3 stage water system upgrade and after the water test we found our water system was working well. He provided suggestions as alternative approaches to itchy skin we experienced. After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Talked us through the tests and results and provided us with informational pamphlets as well as transparency about his product vendor. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. He minded the space and existing plumbing."

"Austin and Eli installed a new hot water heater for us. They did an outstanding job, very efficient and professional. They are a great business to work with. If you need any plumbing work done, please contact Austin you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this business!"

"Nathan and his assistant replaced two outdoor spigots and installed a pressure release valve. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. They took the time to explain everything they had done in detail."

"Fantastic to work with, meet with them the day after contacting and within five days the tankless water heater was delivered and installed. Leon called that evening to make sure that I was comfortable with it and to see if I had any questions."

"Everything was done in one day. The new water softener does a better job and runs itself. The new Rinnai water heater takes up less space and is more energy efficient."

"Very professional service and reasonably priced water system installed in my house. Installed a whole home filtration system to privide continous purified water through the home. Highly recommend!"

"Jeff is a true subject matter expert. With 30+ years in the industry he came quickly, was prepared, and handled the pressure switch without any delays. I cannot say enough good things about American Clear Water LLC. He was professional, kind, and courteous. He allowed me the opportunity to watch what he was doing and explained in layman's terms. He was fairly priced. I would recommend him to anyone asking for help. He is permanently saved in my phone and I will be calling this gentleman if any other issues arise. Thank you Jeff & American Clear Water LLC for everything."

"Fantastic , personable and prompt , had issues with both my A/C and Finnish Sauna. Rebuilt my sauna heater with new coils and fixed A/C. Highly recommend , I have him on speed Dial."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Awesome. I needed a utility/laundry sink installed in the basement, and Dennis Ulrich did the work quickly and professionally. And he went the extra mile by making some adjustments to my drains without charging me for it. He also called to follow-up on the work, to make sure I was satisfied. I definitely highly recommend Michael's Plumbing."
