"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. They had to break down furniture, put it back together, fit awkward shaped furniture in small spaces and they did it all with kindness, patience, professionalism and great communication. There was more furniture than expected and their eye for spacial reasoning to get it all to fit in the truck was on point. They were careful with everything. He listened, looked, checked and tested and identified the point of failure, Replaced that part from his truck and the system is running again as it should.
