"They were responsive to the inquiry and price competitive. The car was picked up in short order and arrived a couple of days later. I've been through this drill before and been unhappy, but these folks were very good!"

"I ordered kitchen cabinets from cabinets.com and couldn't be happier. The doors and drawers have dampeners as well as dovetails on both the front and rear of the drawers which is unheard of in this price range. Also, Jennifer did a wonderful job helping me with the design and provided great follow-up. Highly recommended!"

"Erik was hired to install IKEA cabinets in our home for a full kitchen renovation. I felt confident in assembling the cabinets and finishing them (doors, hardware, drawers, toe kicks, etc) but we wanted a professional to make sure the cabinets were hung level, plumb, and square. From our first conversation it was obvious that Erik is an expert in all things IKEA. He provided some guidance and changes to our design to make some subtle improvements that would not have been obvious to us. He also immediately identified a critical flaw in our design that would have greatly impacted the final outcome but luckily we had enough time to get the proper replaced item. Communication with Erik was decent but be prepared for patience with emails and texts. Phone calls seemed to be most effective. Also be prepared to be patient for his schedule. Despite our efforts to plan ahead and get on “his radar” back in July, it still took several rounds of calls and discussions to finally get a week nailed down and the arrival day wasn’t determined until the week-of. You will need to be flexible. The installation was very fast - he had all of the work completed in one day. He is also very precise and detailed. He took time to show me how cabinets were anchored to the wall, that cabinets were level and prepped for the countertop template. He also cleaned up nicely, was courteous in our home and has a professional demeanor. The installation wasn’t without issue though. He accidentally stepped on a weak piece of our corner cabinet and broke it. His solution was to “sister” a piece below it. I was told it wouldn’t affect the countertops as this had no load bearing properties and it won’t be visible once countertops are installed. I believe that he is correct, and accidents happen, but it was disappointing as mishaps was something I wanted to avoid and large reason why we elected to hire someone rather than do the installation ourselves. No adjustment was made to the agreed upon price to account for the broken cabinet which I felt would have been the appropriate thing to do even it was a minor reduction. Overall, I would hire Erik again and be better prepared to be patient and clearly a communicate my expectations. He is precise, detailed, and very knowledgeable on IKEA systems. His involvement resulted in a nice overall outcome."

"In late 2024, we hired Davis kitchen and tile to complete two projects. The first project was slated to start April/May 2025. When that time came, we were told they would have to push the start date by a few weeks. Finally in mid July they started demo. The demo went pretty quick, but then there were numerous delays with materials, installers finishing other projects, etc. etc. After numerous delays and excuses, we requested to cancel the second project. DKT expressed their understanding with our displeasure with how things were going and allowed us to cancel the second project. We put a total of $43,000 down in 2024 for both projects and paid $4,800 in 2025 for demo draw for first project. When we asked for our refund of the deposit for the second project, they told us they do not have the money and do not know when they could pay us back. Now we have a bathroom that has been out of commission since July 2025 and now DKT management/owners is not answering our calls or emails. "

"Open in App Karen M.’s Reviews 1.0 star rating I hired Randy Schreiber from, Neff's Custom Wood Products to remodeled my kitchen after a plumbing issue I had. Randy came and gave me an estimate and I gave him half as my deposit which was supposed to hold my place for a upcoming appointment. Randy ran into some delays which was okay because at the time I was a full-time caretaker for my daughter. Only one time when Randy was ready to install I couldn't be available because my daughter was admitted to the hospital. It didn't seem to be a big problem because he had other installs to work on . However we made another appointment for the install again. Randy was not able to meet the deadline. April 7th, Randy came over and discussed starting my project after another client, whose job was much bigger than mine. He was afraid, if he didn't do that job, he would have to return the $20, 000 deposit. I inform him I was no longer interested, and needed my deposit back. He agreed he would give the full deposit back but it wouldn't be right away. 2.5 months have passed and Randy still hasn't given me my deposit back nor does he answer any of my text messages. You cannot leave him a voice message because his voicemail supposedly is not set up . Currently I am out of $6,000 and it doesn't seem like Randy has any intentions of giving me my deposit back. Randy has had my deposit since December 2022. Neff's Custom Wood Products cannot be trusted."
