"Terry and his crew are honest, hard working, and professional. They did a complete remodel of our bathroom, fixing unforeseen problems along the way including HVAC ventilation, toilet vent, and subfloor replacement. Terry goes the extra mile to fix all the behind the scenes problems so the final product will last for years and years. The only drawback, and reason for not giving a complete 5 out of 5 rating is the amount of time it took to get the remodel started. He started about 2 months after the original plan. But it's a good thing he's busy, it means everybody wants him. If you can be patient with the timing, Terry is worth it."

"Rob and his team are fantastic to work with! We recently bought and renovated our home, and they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They always showed up on time, sometimes even early and could handle anything we threw at them. They truly came to our rescue! Any time my spouse and I hit a renovation roadblock, we joked that it was no problem because Rob and his crew (shout out to Luis) could fix it. They helped us remove old kitchen cabinets (you’d never know they were ever there), demoed a large bar and built-in desk area, replaced trim, capped plumbing, and finished tile work. They also installed LVP flooring in our master bath, which turned out to be a tricky job due to bad sub-flooring and uneven transitions, but they handled it quickly and without blinking a eye. When the project was done, we actually joked that we didn’t want them to leave! We’d recommend Rob and his team to all our family and friends and can’t wait to have them back for our next project."

"I hired Bryan to remodel the small master bath in my condo. I originally contacted him in 2018, but due to other issues within my home I had to place this project on hold. One year later I contacted Bryan again, and he was ready to place me on his schedule in two weeks. The price was just slightly higher from the original quote, which was to be expected. His contracts are strait forward and easy to understand. He and his crew are great. They were respectful of the time they started/finished daily due to parking restrictions in my area. Cleaned up the work area every day. Any issues he encountered were discussed so there would be no surprises at the end. They are pros in every sense of the word. The finished product looks great. If I had more projects I would definitely hire him again."

"We hired Countertops by Nathan to complete a bathroom remodel for us. This project had previously been started by another contractor with disastrous results. We hired Nathan and his crew to start over again. They made a masterpiece out of a disaster! Nathan was very responsive in all of our interactions. He was willing to offer his expert advice but was not overbearing when it came to the design of the project. When they called back with the estimate, we were surprised at how affordable they were. During the construction, one thing that stood out to us was the fact that they communicated with us well on every step of the project. We knew exactly what days they were going to be working and what times they would be in our house. We also noticed that Nathan and his crew hold themselves to a high standard as far as quality goes. After the completion of the project, we discovered a minor error. When we contacted Nathan, his son was literally at our house within 10 minutes to correct the problem. Then, the next day, Nathan called us to let us know that he had been thinking about the problem. While they initially thought they had corrected it, he believed that there was a bigger problem. He was willing to come back that very same day to correct the problem. We believe that this shows the character of Nathan and his crew. We thought that the problem had been corrected. We probably would have never discovered the problem. But Nathan knew that it was not done properly and wanted to make things right. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat. My wife is already thinking about the next project that she can have them complete!!"
