"Zak showed up on time, looked at my to be fixed list and went right to work. He was able to loosen the shut-off valves in both bathroom sinks, so we we didn't have to replace those. (I'm 70 and arthritic, no strength in my hands and wrists.) If the shower regulator goes wonky again, I should be able to fix it myself as Zac showed me how. No charge for that fix. The toilet needed a new flapper-apparently the el crappo one I had used was no good-it was worth the $15 charge to finally not have to turn the water on/off to use the toilet! The cost of the project includes the new faucet which I guess to be $80-100 retail range (a nice Delta basic with sprayer). It was not a simple replumb; there were some challenges getting the old faucet out as parts were rusted and fused. Zac explained everything along the way, took care not to make a big mess and cleaned up after he was done. Took about 3 hours start to finish, including the time Zac took to go purchase the faucet and get the special tools needed to cut apart the old rusted parts. They will be coming back to install some shower rails for us after they get the parts. I will be calling these folks for any more plumbing repairs I need. I was so nice to call and actually talk to a live person and not play phone tag. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they were here the next Monday morning as promised. This was a non-emergency call. BTW-they do charge $85 for a service call. This was work Plumb Tech originally did in December 2017. I had washed dishes in a dishpan and when I dumped the dishpan, water gushed all over the floor. I called they sent a tech over immediately-here in about 20 minutes. Turns out my old house and somewhat wobbley sink cabinet contribute to loosening the joints. The tech re-attached everything and tightened all the joints as much as possible. Everything is now working fine again. Done at no additional charge to me. I really need to have new cabinets installed so the sink will not move even a little, but the house is not worth that expense at this point. (We will be investigating some way of stabilizing things.) I really appreciate the fast response and not being charged."

"We live on a hill with an acre of woods behind us. The main drain line goes down the hill into the woods behind our house and there is a sloping steep path to get down to the area that needed repaired. Initially, we had another company come out to clear the drain. They discovered the stoppage was due to a break, which they thought was in 2 sections, one before the exterior clean out and another past it. The one section past the clean out also had a large fallen tree laying across where it passed. they gave us an estimate of $3800 to repair. I joined Angie's list and looked for other companies that would give a free estimate and found Trinity Plumbing. He came out the same day I called and gave me a much more affordable estimate. The day he was to begin a cold front with high winds and rain was moving in and he called and said that Sunday was suppose to be sunny and warmer and he would come then at no extra charge. Later that day, the weather had settled and he called and asked if he could come by and dig around a little to evaluate the situation. He worked for over 2 hours digging in the suspected locations and said he found the problem, and it was one break, not two, but the breakage ran under the area where the tree had fallen and that section of the tree would need to be removed before he could start. He asked if we knew anyone with a chain saw who could do it on Saturday so he could start on Sunday, I told him I would check around. before I could get any calls made, he called back and told me he had a friend who would do it Saturday morning for $100. He worked over 6 hours on Sunday in the cold and mud, hand digging( the hilly wooded area made it almost impossible for any large equipment) a 20 foot trench and replacing the old broken clay piping. It turned out to be a bigger fix than the spot fix of his original estimate and it was a $1000. more. but still over 1000. less than the other company, who would have charged more once they got into the work due to the extensive damage. After he left, we noticed things were still not working properly. I called him and he said it was probably still clogged closer to the house from all the former back up, but said he would be out first thing in the morning to check. He came as promised and after checking all the system, he told us to have the company come back to clean the upper drain pipes because he felt sure there was still a stoppage closer to the house that they had not properly cleared and since it was under warranty, they should come back for free to do it again. He said to tell them to remove the toilet to do it for the best access. He did this on his own time. Armed with this information, the company came back and did another cleaning at no charge, removing the toilet for better access, there was indeed a stoppage that they had missed. Our system is working like a gem now. Rodney of Trinity acted more like a doctor and our house was his patient, he called a couple of times to check on whether the other company had cleared it or not. He was at all times polite and always informative, taking photos to show us the breakage and the huge roots that had stopped up the lower drain due to the breakage. He is now my official plumber and I highly recommend him to anyone.

"Rod showed up right on time.  He was very personable, professional and faced the challenge head on.  The new water softener was slightly larger than the one to be replaced.  Rod needed additional parts to complete the job.  He made it seem like it was an insignificant deal to have to go to a store to get the additional parts to complete the job.  He completed the work, including the unexpected trip to a store, in approximately 3 1/2 hours.  He cleaned up after himself and took the time to explain the new water softener to us.

"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "We had 18 windows replaced at our home. I’ll start with the good: The salesman Joe gave us an estimate in a quick fashion and was very responsive. The windows are in and look good after the caulk was repaired. The warranty is great compared to other companies. The bad: poor communication after windows were ordered. I called multiple times when they said the windows were going to be ordered and they kept extending the time frame and seemed annoyed when I called. When the windows came in, we set the date for install. The installers that came were subcontractors. The originally put in our windows and the caulking did not look professional on the brick (see pics below). I emailed about the issue and they kept trying to tell me how good it looked... but it clearly did not. They finally agreed to send someone out to fix it. We scheduled two days where I stayed at home waiting for someone to come fix the windows, with no call and no show. Finally the third scheduled appointment someone finally came and fixed the windows with a clear caulk. Happy with the windows now but I graded the company a C for the poor communication and punctuality."
