Promised I?d be taken care of when furnace went out in the dead of winter but they couldn?t get out to see me for another 4 days without heat. House got down to 40 degrees!! #2 Technicians informed me that what I wanted to do involving Furnace and AC replacement would be an upcharge.. management consented but they would have to come back a separate day to finish#3 On the day they were supposed to come back the never called or showed up? I was never put on the schedule. They had to come back again #4 They finally finished furnace and Ac replacement.. but I called for a plumbing issue a few weeks later. And they called to say they could no longer make it out to me? reschedule yet again! And even though I paid for their membership it?s not showing up on my account People have lives that they put on hold to take the day off of work, will NEVER use again"

"BE AWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE AND NOT TELL YOU UNTIL THE END! I put a request on Angi to have a leak inspected and got a call from them the next day saying they could have someone out in 30 minutes. The man came and inspected and said he would come up with plan. Didn't hear back for 4 days and the problem was alreay fixed. At the end of the inspection he said that will be 129.95 for today. WHAT? That is something you should tell someone in advance!! I called to talk about this with them and was hung up on by a guy named Mike. "OK, Thank You!" was all he could muster before hanging up the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
