"Zak showed up on time, looked at my to be fixed list and went right to work. He was able to loosen the shut-off valves in both bathroom sinks, so we we didn't have to replace those. (I'm 70 and arthritic, no strength in my hands and wrists.) If the shower regulator goes wonky again, I should be able to fix it myself as Zac showed me how. No charge for that fix. The toilet needed a new flapper-apparently the el crappo one I had used was no good-it was worth the $15 charge to finally not have to turn the water on/off to use the toilet! The cost of the project includes the new faucet which I guess to be $80-100 retail range (a nice Delta basic with sprayer). It was not a simple replumb; there were some challenges getting the old faucet out as parts were rusted and fused. Zac explained everything along the way, took care not to make a big mess and cleaned up after he was done. Took about 3 hours start to finish, including the time Zac took to go purchase the faucet and get the special tools needed to cut apart the old rusted parts. They will be coming back to install some shower rails for us after they get the parts. I will be calling these folks for any more plumbing repairs I need. I was so nice to call and actually talk to a live person and not play phone tag. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they were here the next Monday morning as promised. This was a non-emergency call. BTW-they do charge $85 for a service call. This was work Plumb Tech originally did in December 2017. I had washed dishes in a dishpan and when I dumped the dishpan, water gushed all over the floor. I called they sent a tech over immediately-here in about 20 minutes. Turns out my old house and somewhat wobbley sink cabinet contribute to loosening the joints. The tech re-attached everything and tightened all the joints as much as possible. Everything is now working fine again. Done at no additional charge to me. I really need to have new cabinets installed so the sink will not move even a little, but the house is not worth that expense at this point. (We will be investigating some way of stabilizing things.) I really appreciate the fast response and not being charged."

"After getting a $15,000 quote from Thompson to do the job, their quote was $2,500 for poly or $3,500 for copper. We went with the poly since it meant one long run from the meter to the house. Copper would have meant having to dig up more yard, and several solder joints along the way. They have a great process where the only dig at the meter and at the house. I watched them do it and it was pretty cool. They have an attachment that they use that slices through the old line while guiding the new line through it underground. No digging a 200 foot trench through my yard. They kept my yard clean, even going so far as to put the top layer of grass back so it hardly looked like anything had been done.

"Jeff was able to start the work within a couple of days. I was trying to sell my house so it was important I could get it done as soon as possible. With regards to the flooring I had made many calls to flooring companies and other handy men but they were only interested in replacing the whole floor or not interested at all. Jeff was the only person I found who was willing to replace the damaged boards. Replacing laminate is tricky. The only way to do it properly is to start at an edge and work your way all the way out to damaged planks so it is a long process and requires a high degree of organization. When I came home in the middle of the process I could see all the undamaged planks labelled so they went back to the same place after the damaged planks were replaced. Jeff gave me a very good price so it was well worth not replacing the entire floor. Jeff also replaced 3 faucets for me for around $200 less than my regular plumber quoted. "Jason's crew patched small holes, d**** and damage from nail pops and twenty years of kids wear-and-tear. Painted the ceilings, walls and trim in each bedroom and the hallway. Looks fantastic! They additionally painted the exterior trim and ceiling of our porch. Crisp and clean. As with any job, there were a few small things we noticed afterward, but they came back promptly for touch-up, and made everything look great! Jason and his crew were very polite and personable. "I was very pleased with Trinity Plumbing and Rodney Robbins.  He was in Amelia when I called, but was immediately available to drive to my home within Cincinnati city limits.  He had the necessary part on his truck to fix my toilet.  After finishing up with the float replacement,  I also asked him to check a leaking faucet handle in my basement laundry room.  He gladly looked it over, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away.  Mr. Robbins was very friendly, informative, and efficient in the use of his time.  I couldn't have been more impressed.  The price was right too.  I will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and plan on calling him again if I have another plumbing issue.
