Don kept me informed through EVERY step of the process because there were the early "snags" that really slowed his installation process. Don has been trained on Navien Tankless Water Heaters, so when my application required another (NEW) Rinnai system (because of space considerations), Don was able to quickly adapt to the situation and install PERFECTLY a product he was never trained on, serviced or installed before. The entire ECO staff was fantastic to work with from the beginning estimate to the end when they had another teammate call and follow-up on the whole project. Don did a great job cleaning up before he left, couldn't tell he was even there. I will be staying with ECO Plumbing, Electric and HVAC for my home appliance servicing and upgrades. Thanks ECO!"

One of the primary decisions to pick this company over the others was due to more favorable financing terms. There was a small snafu with clearance of the water heater exhaust, which was noticed by the technicians before beginning the work. Ultimately, they decided to fix the exhaust issue, which included a lot of extra work, but enabled them to complete the installation of the new furnace within a week that the work was originally scheduled. And they did not charge extra to do this extra work, which is a bonus. The installers, Kyle and Hunter, did a great job, were very knowledgeable, and were very personable/professional. We would highly recommend to others."

"The entire job went very well. The plumber arrived the morning after I initially called them. The plumber was very professional, clean, and personable. He came across as being very knowledgeable. He did not push anything on me or try to hard sell me on anything. He simply laid out the options to me and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. Total time to remove the old water heater, install the new water heater and water softener took about 5 hours. The service technician was very careful to clean everything up after he was done.
