"The owner is very friendly and does try to please and work with you. I was told that he was going to send somebody out after the work was done which he did a great job. I have no complaints about the workmanship that was done on the sewer line. My complaint is that they tore up my yard and when they left they left with piles of dirt all over the yard my neighbors complained And I got a call from the city in the spring I ended up paying another thousand dollars to try and fix my yard so that it could be mowed and to get the city off my back. And I still need more work done on the yard. Because the ground is still unlevel. They had told me that they would send somebody out to rake the yard and flatten the piles of mud that they left in my yard the day after the repair. The guy showed up took away some large pieces of debris but still, my yard was a mess. Some of the piles of dirt were up to my waist. I did give a neighbor a referral for the reason the repairs were good but when they saw my yard they decided they did not want to go with them. I waited to give this rating till I had time to calm down and think fairly about the work. If they had left my yard in a fairly manageable condition they would have received the five from me."

We found Kyle in home advisor and he gave us a quote for a much more reasonable price. He came and did the job himself and he didn t leave until he found a solution. We had some trouble with the broken pipe under our foundation and he figured out how to fix it without having to tear out any of the basement floor. We would highly recommend Kyle for any sewer main repairs. He was also very personable and easy to work with!"

Not to mention the cost of my project was $700 less than other estimates that I received for companies that wanted to install corrugated pipe while NPM installed 35SDR PVC piping. He replaced my shower handle stem and handle. Installed a new main water shutoff valve with a pressure regulator valve, and an overflow tank, both of which entailed very restricting and difficult location and placement.
