"Eagle and Corey(SP) worked all day to get us heat for the night and beyond. They removed the old heater and also the AC unit. They installed the new heater complete with custom sheet metal ducting to adapt to our HVAC system. They put tarps down to keep the floors clean. They were very courteous and explained the new unit controls and made sure that the new unit was properly calibrated. They did a great job cleaning up both inside and out. The AC unit will be installed when the new patio is complete. All-in-all, we are very pleased with the installation. Thanks guys."

I followed up on January 6 and provided multiple dates I was available, but never received a response. Recently, I reached out again and was told the issue was not covered under warranty and to stop trying to schedule appointments. Very disappointing experience and lack of follow-through."
