Once things got rolling, the project moved fast. Our site manager, Brandon, was amazing. He gave us true white glove service—always professional, incredibly detail-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond. He kept us updated daily and weekly, made sure we understood what was happening, and double-checked every decision before moving forward. He was also incredibly respectful of our home. Even though it was a construction zone, we were genuinely amazed at how clean and well-kept everything was every single day. "They did an amazing job on our first all season room. The glass enclosure was on the second floor, and they added insulation under the wood deck floor, a ceiling fan on the below room and a weather resistant ceiling on the below room. We truly enjoy spending time in the all-season room, enjoying the view of floor to ceiling windows so much so that a couple years later we added a second all season room to the first floor below the first room. The second enclosure looks wonderful, blending the trim with the above room. We are also very pleased with their customer service! Mark responds quickly to any questions!"

"I am so disappointed. This company did a bait and switch and I ended up cancelling the order because they wanted $2,000 more! One month into the project--- financing processed, windows measured and ordered, and just awaiting notice of installation date--- they called me to say that they made a mistake and they could not do project for the agreed upon, signed contract. At that point I saw lots of red flags and did some more research on company. I discovered a F RATING from Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I saw this as a sign from God that I should NOT use this company!!!!!"

"I have had the enclosure from Patio Enclosures since last February. The enclosure is beautiful, until you have an issue. The customer service is horrible. One of my dog damaged the screen frame on the storm door. I have called 6 times about buying a replacement screen. They still have not returned my call regarding the replacement nor have they even given me a price. On the same screen door, The stop seized up while we were opening the door, pulled the screws out of the door jamb damaging the door jamb. After emailing and texting them multiple time they said it was from wind damage. No wind damage the part the installed intermittently locks. After 2 weeks of complaining they sent out a installer. That was roughly about a month ago. No calls, no emails, no attempts to make any type of repair. The interior door knobs keep coming off. Called and told them about that now return call. I would recommend using another company for your enclosure because they do not seem to care about their p"

"I consider it a lucky day when I found Easy Living Homes through your site. We were looking to build a bathroom addition with a sauna to our ranch home. It was a big project since we had to tie into our sewer by digging to the front of the home being on a slab. We got a reasonable price from them and after meeting with Nick (The Project Manager) we decided to move forward. Nick was so attentive to every question I had and would text me immediately if I texted him. It was great customer service to say the least. Our project started in the age of COVID-19 which was a challenge for Nick, but he never made it a challenge for us. He handled all the obstacles thrown at him. It was a long journey but now we have the bathroom/sauna of our dreams. His crew was always respectful and did great work. We paid for each part of the project as we went instead of paying all at once which I really liked since I had never met him or done a project of this scale. The price he quoted me never changed at all which I found impressive. We are so happy with Nick and the rest of Easy Living Homes that we are in the process of doing additional home renovations with them. We would not use anyone else!!"
