"We are so glad we went with Matt Silva & his team for our much-needed kitchen update. The finished result is functional, modern, and beautiful, as we had hoped. But the best part was working with this group of pros. Every person who was in/out of our house over the space of a few weeks was courteous and professional, respectful of our space, tolerant of our senior dog, and extremely meticulous in caring for our home as if it were their own. Matt visited us a few times before we committed to the work. Each time he answered a myriad of questions, showed product examples, made recommendations, and helped us decide on several key factors. Matt replied to emails promptly, and he always let us know when to expect team members to arrive. As with any reno, there were a couple minor snags but each was addressed promptly and to our full satisfaction. We can't say enough about how thoroughly these guys cleaned up every day. We never once tripped over a tool, found a nail on the floor, or had to worry about the dog getting into something he shouldn't. They sealed off our kitchen carefully, kept the yard gate closed as requested, and always covered the floor in the work zone. We used our own electrician but were very happy with the plumber, quartz supplier, and tile installers Matt coordinated. All of them showed up as scheduled and were as professional and thorough as Matt's core team. "When we were ready, a person came to my home and prepared a template of the countertops out of wood. Installation was smooth and professional. Every fit perfectly! The installers were so good! They cleaned up afterward, measured for the faucet to be an exact fit, and explained what cleaning products were best for the Corian. My kitchen looks beautiful!! This company is highly recommended. Do ask about the Corian sink verses the stainless steel. The the stainless steel sink ends up costing more because there is an additional charge for installing it. The Corian sink is so pretty, seamless and has a clean finished look to it.

"Amazing. Todd was the fourth carpenter we interviewed, all from Angie's List, and we knew immediately he was the one. Unlike the others, you could tell that he was the kind of guy who does what he says; shows up; and does a quality job. He did all that and more and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Todd did more than the projects he was given - he referred the electrician and plumber who also did a wonderful job and having the three of them know one another helped tremendously - as they would communicate scheduling amongst themselves. Todd was also the point person who was there when the granite was installed and found someone to cut and re-size our existing granite. "Pacific Stone and Tiles came to measure and showed about 6 choices for granite selection for the offer price. We were working with our own interior designer and we were on FaceTime with her. She nixed the 6 choices so Pacific Stone showed us another granite which was from India and was mostly white with few markings and some reddish-brownish highlights. The effect of this Indian granite was white and it coordinated nicely with our maple cabinets. Our interior designer told us to choose that and we agreed to pay Pacific Stone $1000. more for this granite from India. No name was given for this new granite in writing. When the day of installation came, the old countertop was removed. I did not think to go out and look at the granite in the truck before installation. The installation was done very efficiently and very nicely. However, the countertop did not look like what we were expecting. The color effect was gray with many markings. We were expecting a whitish granite and got gray. I asked to see the original sample that we had been shown when we selected the white granite but they did not have it on the truck. I contacted Pacific Stone and they emailed me a photo of what they said was the granite sample they showed me, but it did not look what they showed me. The granite we got was called moon white on the final bill but it had no name on the original invoice we signed. I made a number of inquiries about the discrepancy between the granite color we expected and what we received. Pacific Stone said there are natural variations in the appearance of each granite variety. However, we paid $1000 more because we thought we were getting the granite color we and our interior designer viewed and chose. I don't think I got the granite we selected and feel I paid $1000 too much. I now have to figure out how to get the granite to coordinate with the maple cabinets as well as regretting that I paid $1000 more than I should have."
