"Jim did a great job, was on time, worked efficiently and had my camera system in in no time. Quality install, looks nice on the house. The night after the install, I noticed that the way a couple cameras pointed reflected too much IR back into the night vision lens, causing the cameras to be blinded at night. Had another issue with another camera due to the excessive rain we had. Reached out to Jim, and he was out quickly to resolve the issues. Couldn't be happier, would recommend without a doubt."

Owner, Jack, visited and we discussed where to put the cameras and price.  Jeff, the tech, arrived on the day of installation and installed the cameras, ran the wires in the attic and to the DVR.  It took a couple of hours.  He then set up the DVR to my router so I could not only view the cameras on a monitor but also on my phone and tablet at home and remote.  The only problem has been keeping the remote connection active.  Jeff has returned twice to set up my router.  It is presently all working fine. He also had to repair a drilled hole in a wall.

I just saw movement and looked over at the monitor and see that a spider is starting a web in front of the back camera.

I am pleased with all their work and will use them in the future a my lake house.

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
