He also gave me the option to totally remove it it but based on his professional opinion, the project seemed to only require replacing a leaking water supply line which was less work to replace. I appreciated having the option for repair but trusted his professional opinion. To date, the repair appears to have remedied the leak. Will continue to monitor the ceiling below for a couple of weeks to see if everything is fixed. So far so good! I will be calling him backhand would recommend for hire!"

"My home jet well pump was failing after 27 years, Joe the Plumbers crew came in and Demo'd the old unit along with several feet of old copper pipe along with associated fittings. The plastic fittings were really imbedded inside the galvanized pie treads requiring heat and a lot of prying and cutting to remove them. They diagnosed the pump failure die to a water log tank where the diaphram went bad. They recommended that I get the tank replaced to extend the life of the new pump which I will do next week. Both plumbers were very neat, organized and professional. The came with all the parts needed to perform this job. Highly recommend them to any homeowner or business. I was able to contact them on the first call, and set up an appointment for the next day which was when the repair was performed. I They have a fixed cost for jobs so you know ahead of time. They do have an $89 fee just to some out, but well worth it as they do excellent work! This is the second time i used them for an emergency repair and give them a 9 out of 10 which is excellent!"

The the techs doing the installation were great! Not only were they very knowledgeable, they were also extremely courteous. They cleaned everything up when they were done.
