"Did a great job of paint preparation which included replacement of siding. Primed where needed and calked where needed. I insisted on a well sealed paint job. I got two coats of good paint, both sprayed and rolled. They did a fantastic job and came in on time and on bid. Will definitely hire again for some drywall work and paint inside the house."

We did experience some difficulty getting in touch with Eric at times but for us it was ok because we were not in a urgent situation. "He is willing to take on any project and then some. My honest feeling is that his enthusiasm somewhat outpaces his expertise and experience. He is a diligent worker and stays with the project. His painting went well though speed seems to trump care and preparation (He painted over some unsanded spackle repairs). My main problem was that instead of the two painters that were advertised, it was him and what I believe was his girlfriend who was inexperienced and sometimes just watched him paint. It should have been advertised as one painter and a helper. The price though was very reasonable and the finished product was adequate. He is likable and I believe honest and trustworthy. I would use him again especially if it was a project that just needed to be knocked out."

We found Getsel a few years ago, and have since used him for all of the jobs we have needed done inside and outside of our home - he has painted walls, trim, ceilings, wood paneling, and brick inside our 1960s home, as well as stained our (new) wooden deck stairs outside. He also painted an exterior shed and helped completely rehab our garage floor (with epoxy). He is very fairly priced, responsible, quick to respond to calls or messages, hardworking, and all of his team members have done a great job no matter what type of painting or staining it was. He provides detailed estimates with material and labor costs itemized. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing work done!
