"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

Patient, careful design and installation, and any small issues (which were mostly due to the poor original construction of the old kitchen cabinets that they had to work around or repair) were corrected quickly. Javier make his gorgeous design form match the function that you need, and doesn't try to upsell just to make money. I have SO MANY new projects I want him to do, including my mom's new tiny house.
