"We have lived in our home for almost 30 years. The last few winters I have noticed that it was colder, more drafty in the house especially around the window and attic door frames. I saw a commercial on TV from USA Insulation of Buffalo this fall and it spoke to me about everything that I wanted to address in our home and how “They” could be the company to do the work. My husband and I were not disappointed at all from beginning to the end. We started with a phone call to a very pleasant- knowledgeable receptionist who set us up with a very pleasant- professional- knowledgeable Sales Rep. His presentation was so thorough and well done that we committed to a “Job” that evening. We were totally impressed with the product- the quality and value of price. Our install date was this past Friday, 12/3/21. The install “crew” arrived promptly at 9am and went over everything that they would be doing. Again- “Top Notch”, knowledgeable, friendly and professional individuals. Their cleanup was impeccable, you would never know that anyone had been there. We have already noticed a big difference in these first few days, especially after “the High Winds” of Monday, 12/6/21. The house is quieter from outside noise and the drafts from the attic door and window frames have disappeared. Thank you USA Insulation of Buffalo for a job well done! From your Commercial- to your Office- Sales and Installation professionals this is a highly reputable company to work with and be proud of. More than just a company name- Paul and his crew did truly exquisite work, at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be more satisfied.  Paul was a pleasure to work with – very professional and responsive.  Despite being extremely busy he routinely answered the phone and returned calls quickly. Paul is highly skilled at ceiling/drywall repair and Josh is an excellent painter.  They clearly take pride in their work and won’t accept anything less than their customers’ complete satisfaction.  While doing the repairs Paul noticed additional areas that needed work and did them at no extra charge. Even though I said I was completely satisfied when asked, I later noticed a small area of textured ceiling that could use another coat of paint to better match.  I called them back and they were out again in a few days to do it.  Paul is the kind of contractor you hope for but never actually expect to find!  I would trust them with any project.
