"We have lived in our home for almost 30 years. The last few winters I have noticed that it was colder, more drafty in the house especially around the window and attic door frames. I saw a commercial on TV from USA Insulation of Buffalo this fall and it spoke to me about everything that I wanted to address in our home and how “They” could be the company to do the work. My husband and I were not disappointed at all from beginning to the end. We started with a phone call to a very pleasant- knowledgeable receptionist who set us up with a very pleasant- professional- knowledgeable Sales Rep. His presentation was so thorough and well done that we committed to a “Job” that evening. We were totally impressed with the product- the quality and value of price. Our install date was this past Friday, 12/3/21. The install “crew” arrived promptly at 9am and went over everything that they would be doing. Again- “Top Notch”, knowledgeable, friendly and professional individuals. Their cleanup was impeccable, you would never know that anyone had been there. We have already noticed a big difference in these first few days, especially after “the High Winds” of Monday, 12/6/21. The house is quieter from outside noise and the drafts from the attic door and window frames have disappeared. Thank you USA Insulation of Buffalo for a job well done!
