He replaced the fixtures in a tub and a shower, adding shut-off valves and access doors, replaced the garbage disposal, replaced the faucets in 2 bathrooms and repaired a leak in the shower. Some said they would charge me to come out for an estimate and one even gave me an estimate over the phone without even asking questions about the job. I called Van Guard and scheduled an appointment to do the job. He came out, replaced the toilet and did exactly what he said he needed to do. No hidden fees, no outrageous ad-ons, no bullsh*t.
