"It is the 2nd time I hired them it was opposite of the 1st. It was everything you worry about with contractors. Professionalism: Constantly foul cursing arguments. It made my infant baby cry and my wife upset. His last text was I should have given you a middle finger. LOW CLASS Cost: He lowered cost on the job as a repeat customer but complained about it every day. It was used as an excuse for why he delayed the job and needed to cut corners. He made me pay full price for an unfinished job so I finished it myself Quality: It was measure once cut twice instead of measure twice cut once. Most materials were ready at the start for weeks. He had plenty of time to measure and plan it out. Instead the installs were misaligned. When things broke his 1st words was it is not my fault or it came out of the box that way. Then threatened to charge me to fix it. He picked low quality products & complained when I changed to a better product. Details were ignored, unfinished, trim wrong color"

"Terrific experience with JM Construction. We had major repairs done on our ancient garage, including pouring a new concrete floor. But the bigger job was the complete renovation of our kitchen, from the studs on out. New tiling, flooring including replacing a rotting subfloor, lighting, custom cabinetry with new pantry and attached broom closet, new island, sink, countertops, etc. Beautiful job and an appreciation for their creative problem solving will bring them back for even more work in our home!"

Valery, their project manager, was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, gave guidance when necessary, and completely supported my vision. Additionally, she answered all of my (many) questions calmly and remained patient with my input. Valery is a most excellent collaborator. Danillo and his team worked tirelessly. Also, they were careful to protect my condo from dust, which was a major task in and of itself, since the bathrooms had old, thick tiles lining every inch of the walls and ceilings. They worked in a most timely fashion, all while keeping an easy-going, cheerful disposition.
