After his team drilled the hole for the dryer vent, I used the stacked unit once and it shifted out of place, unplugged and was stuck in the door. I contacted the owner Rolando for a good faith repair. His usual response time is 1 hour but this time it took seconds for him to respond and say he isn?t and will not do anything.
